Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale
Big Time Restaurant Group (BTRG) is excited to introduce Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria located at 1032 East Las Olas Boulevard. Set to open late Spring 2015 the high energy Italian eatery will be inspired by the traditions of the great. Italian American restaurants in New York and Chicago, the neighborhood spots that turn out housemade pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course Chef Louie’s famed house cured salumi.
The beverage menu will showcase an impressive wine list with a heavy focus on Italian vintages including 50+ wines by the glass as well as handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, housemade limoncello, and roasted coffees.

And the Italian fare will be heavily influenced by the menu at Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar, Pizzeria, which, like Elisabetta’s, is owned by the West Palm Beach-based Big Time Restaurant Group. Big Time has made stars out of stablemates Louie Bossi and Rocco Mangel.
“Elisabetta’s is a hybrid of Louie Bossi’s,” explains Lisabet Summa, the corporate culinary director at Big Time and the new restaurant’s namesake. “Louie Bossi is [one of] of my partners. With the concept of Louie Bossi’s, we do a lot of Italian dishes that I think will be in people’s lexicon of standards — the greatest hits of Italian cuisine. We also want to diversify the experience because it is very unique. Every restaurant has a different feel and vibe. The differentiation is important to us. About 10 to 15 percent will be unique to Elisabetta’s.”
